Most pastors’ kids I knew growing up were musical. They would sing, play the piano, or possibly be involved in handbells or some other type of obscure Christian thing that everyone would smile at and sigh about how wonderful they were.
It turns out that my daughter is quite musical, however, she has selected Gloria Gaynor’s anthem “I Will Survive” as her musical outlet.
